The mission of team Salabhanjika is to make people realize that we are eventually missing the god bestowed, rich arts we have in our country. The most important aspect in this will be to conduct detailed research to revive classical dances, other art forms and folk lores of the past which are almost fading away.
Saalabhanjika Studio for Arts and Performance is a non-profitable organisation specialized in imparting training in south Indian classical Art forms to budding artists.
Our vision is to develop it into a world class organization, extending training in both theory and practice of each branch of fine arts. The primary objective is to enhance the quality of communication in the media related to histrionics and reintegrate learning and research to the presentation, performance and application of dance.

Our focus is on shining a light on the vibrant art and culture of India. Late. Manikkath Venugopal Menon
Mr. Manikketh Venugopal Menon was a distinguished banker and community leader from Thrissur.
A Zoology graduate, he served in the United Bank of India and retired as Deputy Regional Manager.
He later became Director of Avanzo Cyber Security Solutions and Trustee of Avanzo Charitable Trust.
His life of dedication and integrity continues to inspire all who knew him, until his passing in 2018.
Late. Sri. K K Varrier
Mr. K. K. Varrier was a renowned Kerala mural artist known for his exceptional contributions
to traditional art. He founded the Indian School of Arts in Kochi and Chitrageham in Guruvayur,
nurturing generations of artists. His works reflect the depth and spirituality of Kerala’s
mural heritage. His artistic vision continues to inspire many, even after his passing in 2010.
Late. Vijayakumar Menon
Vijayakumar Menon (3 May 1946 – 1 November 2022) was an Indian art critic, writer, translator,
and art teacher from Kerala. He was honored with several awards, including the Kerala Lalithakala
Akademi Award and the Kesari Puraskaram. After working at FACT, he pursued Art History at
MS University, Baroda, and later taught in various fine arts institutions. Menon lived a simple,
spiritual life at Jnana Ashram, Wadakkanchery, until his passing in 2022.
